Chuka Ramen Tatami Stamina Chuka at Kodenmacho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo

"Chuka Ramen Tatami" opened in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, on March 31, 2021. We're showcasing a new kind of Chinese stamina that combines Aomori's "Ramen Asari," Chiba's fiery ramen "Arirang," and Jiro ramen.

It's a popular shop where people queue for an hour before it opens, and it's been highly rated by several gourmet sites, so I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants to eat ramen in a uniquely Japanese style.

It's not far from Tokyo Station and Nihonbashi Station, but the closest station is Kodenmacho, a minor Tokyo Metro station, so it's best to double-check the location before going.

About 150 meters from Kodenmacho Station on the Hibiya Line of the Tokyo Metro.

The station is only a 2-minute walk away.

"About the store"

You must also be mindful of business hours.

If you plan to visit on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, the shop is likely to be closed because it is mostly open on weekdays. Set a schedule on weekdays if you're organizing a nearby sightseeing tour and want to go in the meantime.

The margins of the signboard are surrounded by a red Chinese design. At first glance, it's a unique design that doesn't appear to have the store's name inscribed on it. If you look closely, you can see that the red pattern has been hidden and the store name has been securely inserted. This type of levity is also a highlight.

"Stamina menu"

The menu is simple, with two options: "stamina Chuka" and "Spicy Stamina Chuka," with additional toppings available for purchase.

The "Special Stamina Chuka Set" comes highly recommended.

It is a ramen with garlic, and in addition to charcoal and beef, fried vegetables are also served to add flavor and stamina.

The menu is very simple, and you may appreciate the distinct flavor.

Eating Stamina menu

"Solid ramen"

It uses expensive parts of Japanese beef tripe, unlike other stores. The soup is very unique, as we use cows, pigs, chickens, seafood, and other animals in it.

Enjoy the combination of elastic noodles, a deep soup, and a generous amount of ingredients.
