Philosophy From Japan to the world! From the world to Japan!
Through our worldwide network and work that utilizes foreign human resources, we at B-cause contribute to the development of Japanese society and the world.
Origin of the company name The etymology of B-cause is taken from the English word "because". The meaning of "because" is "(because) ... so (is), the cause of something".
Japan is already a sophisticated and developed society, but I thought that there was still room for improvement in my thoughts and actions toward foreign languages and foreigners. We at B-cause are in a position to propose that part to Japanese society, so we chose the company name
I thought that it was most important not only to say but to take action, so I put a "-" in it and named it b-cause Co., Ltd. Another reason is that the initials of the three members at the time of starting a business were C, O, and S.

Origin of the logo

The origin of the company logo is taken from our predecessor, TOBIUO International.
In the first place, a flying fish was chosen as TOBIUO because it was a fish that swims in the sea, but the figure of trying hard to fly in the sky was seen overlapping with foreigners who are working hard in Japan after leaving their home country.
The acronym T/I of TOBIUO International at that time was slanted, but it was designed with the meaning of wanting to support a large Japanese society with the power of vulnerable foreigners.
